(Pre-Production Casting) How to Make a Movie: The 4 Stages of Film Production for Indie Filmmaking ****** Download my FREE DSLR filmmaking equipment guide for newbie filmmakers here: http://bit.ly/2-dslr-pdf-guide-1
In this installment of the How to Make a Movie series I share with you my process for creating and conducting casting and auditioning actors for my independent films. Having great actors can really bring your screenplay to life and give the audience a highly memorable experience if your actors can deliver an incredible performance on camera. Most beginning indie filmmakers are tempted to bypass this stage and just use family members and friends to act in their films, but I believe you are doing your indie film a great disservice by not spending the necessary time needed to ensure you can find the very best talent available for your film.
